FIRE AND ICE
Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction ice
Is also great
And would suffice. 

FUEGO Y HIELO

Unos dicen que el mundo terminará en fuego,

otros dicen que en hielo.

Por lo que he gustado del deseo,

estoy con los partidarios del fuego.

Pero si tuviera que sucumbir dos veces,

creo saber bastante acerca del odio

como para decir que en la destrucción el hielo

también es poderoso

y bastaría.
